My  husband suggested that I make a cream for soothing muscle trauma using Arnica Montana and some of the St Johns Wort flower that I had collected outside our home. When making my first batch I immediately loved the light pink color caused by the red juice of the St. Johns Wort flowers I had used. I chose ingredients that I knew would be analgesic and anti-inflammatory such as apricot kernel oil and eucalyptus essential oil. We love this cream because it is so effective at reducing pain and swelling after muscle trauma.
